Account Director:
Looking for an Account Director who can drive new levels of client success through their client and project management expertise. The qualified candidate will be expected to assess client needs and directly manage the development and execution of large scale digital and email marketing campaigns within the Financial Services, CPG, Travel, and B2B industries. Through hands-on leadership with all resource teams internally and on the client side, this role will serve as the primary day-to-day SPOC of large scale email marketing and digital media initiatives for our Fortune 1000 clients.
Job Responsibilities:
•Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal agency personnel and 3rd party partners to maintain transparent communication between all stakeholders
•Build and maintain successful client relationships at both the executive and management levels
•Work collaboratively with agency departments (Strategy, Media, Campaign Management, Technology, Ad Ops) to build and execute client strategies, action plans and budgetary estimates
•Obtain all necessary client approvals; prepare Statements of Work and Change Orders

•Coordinate monthly billing and invoice reconciliation

Project Manager:
Looking for a top-notch Project Manager to act as the primary manager of the agency’s production process across departments including Client Services, Creative, Technical, and Campaign Management. The person in this position must have an excellent work ethic, with a sincere commitment to completing agency projects and deliverables accurately, on time and on budget.
•Work across all departments and third-party contractors to ensure email, landing page, advertising creative and other agency projects are resourced properly and deadlines/schedules are being achieved.
•Oversee and direct the agency’s production process, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed, process/documentation requirements are being met, and work is appropriately proofed and approved.
•Build and maintain rapport across all agency departments by setting expectations and facilitating communication on job status, resource requirements, and changes to planned timelines.
•Setup, revise and manage project schedules using the agency’s project management platform (TBD).
•Provide project leadership, quick problem solving, and conflict resolution.
•Resolve or escalate issues affecting on-time and accurate completion of project deliverables.
•Act as the final approval step in proofing creative, copy, and other project deliverables.
•Setup and moderate creative proofs within the agency’s review tool (ProofHQ).
•Escalate and report to management on at-risk projects and upcoming resource needs.
•Lead daily SCRUM meetings.
•Identify, manage and coordinate agency freelancers, contractors, and third-party partners.

SalesForce Engineer:
This position works at the leading edge of email marketing technology and plays a key role in the success of the client. This individual will work with the Technology team to create and implement marketing automation solutions for clients using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget), as well other enterprise marketing cloud solutions. Should have exp working with:
.experience with an enterprise ESP/Marketing automation platform (IBMMC, SFMC, Eloqua, Responsys, Marketo)

Seeking Marketing Analytics/Data Science candidates, responsible for analyzing large data sets, spread across multiple clients, to derive actionable insights and support strategic marketing decision making in multiple channels including digital, social, direct and traditional advertising.
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, statistics, business analytics or marketing science
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience manipulating data and running analyses using SAS, SPSS, R and/or SQL
