CLIENT is seeking a hands-on, B2B, metrics-driven Director of Marketing Communications (MarCom) to join our growing team. This role will report to the Vice President of Marketing here at CLIENT.

Acting as a key player within our Marketing function, the Director of MarCom will drive brand awareness and successful adoption of current and new messaging through traditional and social channels while shaping compelling and exciting content for Revenue Analytics.

As the Director of MarCom, you will also spearhead tactful Marketing strategies that will successfully position CLIENT in targeted markets. You are enthusiastic about simplifying the complex, and eager to expand on the next phase of our marketing innovation by partnering closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Develop, implement and execute the overall creation and shaping of internal and external content and messaging.
  • Work directly with the Vice President of Marketing and the rest of the Leadership team to communicate marketing strategies and goals across all practice groups.
  • Create and execute corporate overview content, Power Points, infographics, white papers, data and product sheets, podcasts, and promotional videos.
  • Craft compelling stories from technical jargon, working closely with our engineering and product management team to craft a more meaningful and impactful story.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across departments on media opportunities, byline articles, blogs, awards and other content.
  • Help manage aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting.
  • Participate in writing and generating new blog and website content for CLIENT website.
  • Utilize new and existing content to continuously educate our target market on the problems we solve, and how we effectively solve them by having a deep understanding of our industry, clients, channel partners and competitors.
  • Create a framework to measure ROI effectiveness of all MarCom initiatives, track results, and continue to enhance programs.
  • Serve as Company spokesperson or liaison as needed for certain media, analyst and public speaking engagements.
  • Work with Practice Group Partners and other stakeholders to develop strategic MarCom plans in support of marketing priorities and to advance the Revenue Analytics brand within these targeted industries
  • Deliver marketing excellence by blending strategy, creativity, technology and data analysis
  • Execute marketing programs as part of iterative multi-touch campaigns aligned with local sales priorities, including coordinating activities such as roundtables and customer briefings

Sales & Field Sales organization generating qualified sales opportunities through responding Marketing generated leads, inbound interest and targeted outbound prospecting. In close collaboration with Account Executives, SDRs establish prospecting plans for strategic accounts to uncover new business and grow existing customers. SDRs also manage small deals and renewals in their assigned territories.

Client is seeking an experienced digital Project Manager who can oversee and direct multiple projects at a time, ensuring these projects meet or exceed internal & client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget. Project Managers can work independently, with moderate input from direct manager needed for job performance. Impeccable communication and organizational abilities are a prerequisite for consideration.

Core Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Develops an understanding of the client’s business, their needs, expectations, and requirements
  • Collaborates with the project team to identify the approach, deliverables and schedule to deliver the project within established constraints
  • Works with client team or discipline leads to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as project strategy, functional design, visual design, development, etc., utilizing established estimating process and tools

We are looking for an Analyst, responsible for analyzing large data sets, in the Pharmaceutical, Medical/Surgical, and Healthcare industries, to derive actionable insights and support strategic marketing decision making in multiple channels including digital, social, direct and traditional advertising.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, statistics, business analytics or marketing science
